Today is my last day work full time in the restaurant, but I believe it was really an unforgettable experience that I have. It is my first time where work very closely with a group of people who very different with my background, education level, and thinking. Even I work with mat salleh, we still have some similarity in term of thinking. It was really hard to compromise with them, not about work but about communication even we speak the same language. One month work was very worth to explore something that I never imagine before.
这里所说的做楼面就是华人餐馆的waiter，今天终于是我做楼面一个月的最后一天。这个过程可真的毕生难忘，这里的人，事，物有时甚至超出我想象之中；最令我辛苦的是如何和一群与自己无论在文化，思想和教育程度上有极大差异的同事一起共事；有时发现一般我们认为应该如此如此解决的人事问题在这里却是另一回事，他们有他们解决问题的方法，有时候可能我们一般的‘正常’人都不能接受的解决方法。
短短一个月所经历的东西，所受的气，所看到的‘内幕’真的一世受用，人真的要经过一些磨练才会长大，要经过一些挫折才坚强？；体会到用体力赚钱的辛苦，感受到最草根的生活模式，看到人生百态。话说回来，平时我所思考的理念和人生大道理还不如亲自去经历体验体验。
